JIM SVOBODA

Jim Svoboda is 53 years old and a father of two from Fairview Heights, Illinois. Married 33 years to wife Karen, Jim loves to hunt, fish, cook and spend time with his family. Jim was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) five years ago. On dialysis since December, 2012, he is hoping to find a living donor soon, as dialysis is very hard on the body. Karen was to be a donor, but because of blood pressure is no longer a candidate. Since Jim has no siblings or living parents, a living donor is his best option.
